From the notice
The scope of this project includes a comprehensive assessment of the existing laboratory space and the supporting infrastructure required for the successful installation and operation of the Siemens Atellica CH930 analyzer along with installation of water purification system, the Medica Pro 60. This work involves redesigning the laboratory layout to accommodate the new equipment, ensuring adequate operational clearances, and planning for the safe and efficient delivery and installation of the analyzer. A feasibility study has been completed and identified deficiencies within the existing space. The Consultant shall review the feasibility report and address all identified deficiencies, as well as any additional issues discovered during the design process. The Consultant shall conduct further site investigations as required to assess the condition and performance of existing systems and determine whether modifications or upgrades are necessary to support the new equipment, with a focus on determining whether upgrades or modifications are needed to the HVAC, electrical, drainage, or data connectivity systems. Coordination with the equipment supplier to confirm design specifications, along with strict compliance with applicable healthcare codes and standards, is essential to ensure the laboratory meets all operational and installation requirements for the new analyzer.
