From the notice
1 - Replacement of two existing concrete accessible ramps with a similar system including: -Legal survey for the installation of the missing property pin near southeast corner and general locates. -Removal and disposal of all existing ramps and associated foundations, including steel guardrails. -Removal of adjacent planter near the east entrance. -Construction of new accessible ramps compliant with CSA B651 latest edition. -Reinstatement of all civil finishes to previous state as indicated on drawings. 2- Repairs of existing concrete top landings including defects such as cracks and delamination and provide new traffic waterproofed coating in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. 3 - All work required at the entrances is to be phased to allow constant access to the public. Note that both entrances serve different tenants and all areas are fully separated within the building. Ensure both remain fully accessible throughout the work. Both entrances will also require a temporary accessible option to be provided while the new concrete ramps are being constructed. Suggested layout and phasing plan is shown in the drawings. 4 - All other Work as detailed on the Project Drawings and/or specified herein.
