From the notice

The Central Coast Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to complete a phased landslide risk assessment for the eastern portion of Martin Valley, British Columbia. The work will include landslide inventory and susceptibility mapping, terrain and drainage analysis, identification of exposed residences and infrastructure, detailed hazard and risk assessment, and development of conceptual mitigation and emergency planning recommendations. The project must be completed under the supervision of appropriately qualified professionals and in accordance with applicable Engineers and Geoscientists BC professional practice guidelines. The total available project budget is $124,000, inclusive of all fees and disbursements.
