The City of Charlottetown is issuing this RFP with the goal of engaging a Prime Consultant to provide the required architectural and engineering design services required in connection with the planning, design, tendering, and contract administration associated with the development of a new community centre in Sherwood. Conceptual designs and site planning were completed previously, with the intention of continuing the sustainable development of this project.
