The Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 (MD) Protective Services Department wishes to enter into a three (3)-year Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with a qualified consulting firm and/or consultant, including any subcontracted services. The purpose of the SOA is to supplement in-house resources and provide direct access to industry expertise for the review, analysis, and preparation of recommendations. Services will include supporting quality customer service, effective project delivery, consistent and reliable engineering services, refined budgeting, and the preparation of supporting documentation and drawings. The successful consultant will be expected to become familiar with the MD’s policies and procedures, organizational structure, and operating and software systems. In addition, the consultant shall become familiar with the MD’s master plans and strategic initiatives.
