PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUEST (“PQR”) FOR MODULAR HOMES SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION SERVICES

Summary

Alberta Social Housing Corporation seeks pre-qualified contractors to supply and install turnkey modular (factory-built) homes across Alberta for emergency response. Contractors will join a Master Agreement; individual Statements of Work will define scope, timing and pricing requests.

This PQR is issued by the ASHC with the intention of creating a list of Contractors who are pre-qualified to supply turnkey modular homes (prefabricated/factory-built housing) to communities throughout Alberta impacted by Emergencies (e.g. Wildfires, floods etc.), who execute the Master Agreement. Under the umbrella of the Master Agreement, the Services and anticipated duration will be identified at the time of issuing each Statement of Work ("SOW") and requesting a price for the Services to be provided.
