SOW includes but not limited to: The Consultant shall provide mechanical engineering services as prime consultant, with electrical engineering support as required, for the review, assessment, BC2 preparation, design, tendering support, and construction administration services related to the pump replacement/renewal project at Douglas Jung Building, 401 Burrard Street, Vancouver. The scope includes investigation and confirmation of the existing building drainage lift station/sump pump equipment, domestic cold water booster pump set, associated controls, alarm components, liquid level sensors, existing VFD controls, and related electrical connections. The Consultant shall confirm current equipment condition, age, capacity, maintenance/replacement history, operational issues, and replacement/renewal requirements. The Consultant shall prepare a BC2 submission, including a Minimum Viable Project (MVP) option and life cycle cost analysis, to confirm the recommended scope and investment approach. Following BC2 approval, the Consultant shall proceed with detailed design, Class A cost estimate, tender documents, tender support, and construction administration services for the approved scope of work.
