SOW includes but not limited to: The project includes the consultant services required to support the lifecycle replacement of three (3) existing aluminum flagpoles located on the southwest plaza of the Douglas Jung Building. The consultant shall review the existing conditions, including the flagpoles, bases, anchorage, mounting pads, and adjacent plaza finishes, and confirm the recommended replacement approach through a design brief. Following the review, the consultant shall prepare complete design documents, drawings, specifications, and a tender-ready package for General Contractor procurement. The consultant shall also provide tender support, review contractor submissions, respond to RFIs, and provide construction administration services during the implementation phase to confirm the work is completed in accordance with the approved design.
