This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is issued by the City of Port Alberni (“the City”), in coordination with Matthews West Developments Ltd. (“Matthews West,” “MWest”), to retain a qualified planning and engagement consultant to design and deliver a community consultation program for the Somass Lands project. Respondents are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the requirements set out herein.
