This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Salmon Arm (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Canoe Zone 2 Pump Station The City of Salmon Arm intends to construct a Pump Station near the Water Treatment Plant at Canoe Beach to improve service of Pressure Zone 2. General work includes construction of the following: 4m x 10m x 7m deep concrete wet well with the 4 m x 9m masonry block pump room over top 10m x 3.2m electrical room Wood truss roof with metal roofing Exterior insulation and cladding Installation of 3 Owner Supply 450hp vertical turbine pumps Installation of Owner Supplied PDCs and VFD’s Conduits, cable and miscellaneous electrical Approximately 38m of 900mm HDPE inlet watermain Approximately 130m of 500mm diameter Ductile Iron outlet watermain Site work including grading, asphalt, fencing, concrete pads
