Mowachaht/Muchalaht First Nation (“MMFN”) invites proposals from any and all qualified professional design teams to provide design phase services for the MMFN Child and Family Wellbeing Centre in Tsaxana, near Gold River, British Columbia. The selected proponent will advance the project from completed feasibility work into a coordinated design package suitable for capital funding and technical review, permitting, cost confirmation, and future construction tendering. The successful team will be expected to lead and coordinate the required professional disciplines, confirm key technical and site requirements, prepare design and tender documentation, and support MMFN in moving the project toward construction readiness.
