BGIS seeks a contractor in River Valley, New Brunswick to repair a loading-dock cast-in-place catch basin: interior crystalline waterproofing and surface preparation, temporary disconnection of a light and conduit, and exterior paint/parging removal and disposal in the mechanical/storage room.

The Work generally includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: • Waterproofing the inside of a cast-in-place catch basin at the loading dock slab using surface applied crystalline waterproofing. • Surface preparation of the interior surface of the catch basin will be required. • Temporary disconnection of a light fixture and some conduit connected to the outside of the catch basin in the mechanical room. • Paint and parging removal and disposal on the exterior surface of the catch basin in the mechanical/storage room.
