From the notice
As part of both capital infrastructure planning and operational needs, the Municipality intends to maintain a list of qualified companies that would be available to bid on specific projects for asphalt paving, planning, patching, and related services throughout the term of the standing offer agreement. This Standing Offer list shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years (until March 31, 2029).
