Notice is hereby given that the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) is contemplating making a direct award an agreement for Electronic Meeting Management Software, which is currently embedded in our operational infrastructure. Justification: The City is direct awarding a new agreement for a period of one (1) year, with an optional extension of one (1) additional year. The time frame being contemplated is to allow the city to initiate the new council and to post a new solicitation for companies to provide responses to provide solutions for Electronic Meeting Management Software. The term of the agreement will allow the City to complete an open competition and adequate time to allow for a transition to new software should the incumbent not be awarded.
