ORO-26-04 Offers signed under seal, executed and dated, will be received at the reception area at the Town Hall, Town of Oromocto, 4 Doyle Drive, Oromocto, NB E2V 2V3. Opening will take place in a meeting room to be designated at time of tender submission. 10:00 am local time, August 12th, 2026. Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Bid Price. The Performance Bond is to continue in force for a period not less than one (1) year after the Final Completion Date. Complete the work within 12 weeks of starting work and start no later than August 24th, 2026. One thousand Dollars ($1000.00) per day for each calendar day until Substantial Performance is obtained. A holdback percentage of 15 percent will apply to monthly progress payments and will include HST component.
