EARTHMOVING AND EXCAVATING EQUIPMENT MUNICIPALITY OF VALLEE-DES-RIVIERES TENDER 2026-04 2026 WHEELED LOADER CLOSING: AUGUST 4TH, 2026 AT 13:00 AM LOCAL TIME 1.0 TENDERS: SUBMISSIONS SHALL BE MADE ON THE FORMS SUPPLIED BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF VALLEE-DES-RIVIERES 2.0 TENDER SUBMISSIONS: 2.1 Tenders SHALL be returned in a sealed envelope clearly showing the Tender name and number, Tender closing date and company's name on the front of the envelope and addressed as follows: Municipality of Vallée-des-Rivières 564 St-Jean Street Saint-Leonard, N.B. E7E 2B5 2.2 Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their bids in the manner and time prescribed. 2.3 All Tenders shall either be emailed or delivered personally to the administration office of Municipality of Vallée-des-Rivières, St-Leonard ward, whereupon they will be dated and time stamped. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to ensure that Tenders are in possession of delegated Staff Member on or before the latest time stated in the Tender call documents. A Tender shall be deemed to have been received when the envelope has been stamped with the time and date of receipt, or receipt of email has been confirmed with a "read" receipt. 2.4 Tenders received after the time and date specified shall be rejected. 3.0 TENDER CLOSING: 3.1 Tenders must be received at the St-Leonard Administration office at 564 rue St-Jean, in person, or by email at nathalie@vdrnb.com, no later than AUGUST 4TH, 2026 AT 13:00PM LOCAL TIME at which time there will be a public opening. This is a tender notice only. In order to submit a bid, you must obtain official tender documents from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network, another authorized tendering service or as indicated in the tender notice.
