OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, local time, August 6, 2026 electronically via Bonfire. All submissions must be uploaded electronically to Bonfire. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. A project specific link and further details are included in the Information to Proponents section. The project is located in the Town of Saint Andrews. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to the supply and placement of reshaping asphalt pavement (pulverizing), asphalt pavement, shouldering, structure adjustments and site restoration. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Saint Andrews, in the amount of 10% of the proposal price must also accompany each submission. The Town of Saint Andrews reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest submission. By submitting a Proposal, the Proponent represents that they have completed a thorough review of the RFP Documents. Failure to read and comply with the current requirements of the RFP documents may result in your Submission being declared non-compliant and disqualified. This is a tender notice only.
