The City of Charlottetown is issuing this RFP with the goal of engaging a Prime Consultant to provide the required engineering and design consulting services for the functional planning of the "Historic District" in Charlottetown, PE. The City seeks to obtain a functional plan for the full area, with a more detailed, construction ready design of the first priority street (to be identified as part of project scope). Functional design shall include redesigning of the streetscape to be aligned with the Charlottetown Province House Historic District Plan (2021). Redesign shall also include necessary upgrades to underground infrastructure (including stormwater, water, and sanitary sewer).
