Provide professional consulting services for the assessment, design, tendering, and construction administration associated with the repair and/or replacement of the existing concrete entrance walkway areas located on the north and south sides of the Douglas Jung Building, 401 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC. The work includes review of available background information, including the Accessibility Audit and previous site condition reports; site investigation to confirm existing conditions, deterioration, project limits, and accessibility considerations; preparation of a Technical Investigation Report; development of design drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and tender documents; and provision of construction phase services. The project will address deteriorated concrete walkways exhibiting cracking, spalling, settlement, uneven surfaces, and trip hazards, including exposed aggregate accent sections and associated hardscape elements within the defined project limits, while maintaining safe pedestrian access and alignment with applicable accessibility requirements.
