The Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education’s (The AVRCE) objective of this RFP is to make contractual arrangements with qualified consultant(s) to provide a comprehensive Infrared (Thermal) Roof Inspection and a Visual Condition Assessment for two schools within the AVRCE catchment area. The goal is to identify subsurface moisture, evaluate the remaining service life of the roof system, and provide actionable recommendations for repairs or replacement.
