Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (the “Health Authority”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Nuclear Medicine Information Systems Licenses for a term of five (5) years at an estimated value of $ 162,332.8. This Notice may be extended to other facilities and Health Authorities in British Columbia to acquire the technology within the term of the agreement. Ec2 Software Solutions, L.L.C. 3035 E Patrick Ln Ste 1 Las Vegas, Nevada, 89120-3478, US In accordance with applicable trade agreements PHSA, as agent for the Health Authority(s) has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason: To ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative. Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Fairy Kardoost Category Buyer, IM/IT, PHSA Procurement, by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, July 27 ,2026.
