Ontario Health is seeking to gather market information on Automated Redaction Software solutions to better understand available technologies, capabilities, implementation approaches, and pricing models within the Canadian marketplace. The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assess solutions that can automate the identification and redaction of personal information (PI), personal health information (PHI), and other sensitive content across various document types, while supporting privacy compliance, operational efficiency, and auditability.
