The Province is requesting the submission of Proposals for caretaking services for the following buildings/receptacles at the Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park: 1. Daylodge 2. Biathlon Building 3. Waxroom Building 4. Biathlon Teamroom 5. Cross Country Teamroom 6. Maintenance Shop 7. Snow/Trails Shop 8. Venue Waste/Recycling Containers The caretaking services consist of the provision of comprehensive janitorial and caretaking services for the Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park's buildings, including all labour, cleaning supplies, equipment, and washroom consumables, while maintaining facility cleanliness and operations with minimal disruption to users and events. The contract also includes providing additional day porter services during approximately 10 to 15 annual sporting events, with flexibility. A Proponent information session has been scheduled to provide an opportunity for questions or clarification regarding this RFP’s requirements.
