This Invitation to Tender (ITT) seeks bids from vendors that could satisfy the Justice Institute of British Columbia's (JIBC) requirements for replacement and repair of existing building roofing systems at its Maple Ridge Campus (MRC) in British Columbia. A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on July 28, 2026. Vendors should meet at the Security Gate inside the main entrance of the Maple Ridge Campus, 13500 256 St., Maple Ridge, British Columbia, V4R 1C9. An optional virtual project scope walkthrough will be hosted online by Tri-Tech Pinnacle Inc. at 10:00am July 24th, 2026.
