This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Regional Park Wetland Construction. The County is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to complete the construction portion of a wetland replacement project at a future Strathcona County Regional Park. The project site is generally located north of Township Road 540 east of Range Road 232, on lands legally described as all of SW 2-54-23 and a portion of NW 2-54-23.
