The Onion Lake Cree Nation is inviting proposals from qualified consulting firms to complete Extended Asset Condition Reporting System (E-ACRS) inspections for ISC-funded assets. The work includes detailed physical inspections and 35-year lifecycle assessments of buildings, roads, bridges, water and wastewater infrastructure, and vehicle assets to support long-term asset management planning and capital investment decisions.
