Engineering and construction administration consultant services for Alberta Forestry and Parks to assess, design, obtain approvals, prepare tender documents and provide construction administration and close-out for Athabasca Ranch PLUZ trails and camping development. Scope includes access road upgrades, staging area with vault toilet, campground and loop trails, day-use area, lookout and signage upgrades.

the successful Proponent is to apply proven parks-based (non-urban) technical design practices in conjunction with appropriate tools and skilled resources through the Assessment, Conceptual Design, Detailed Design, Approval Process, Issued for Tender and Issued for Construction and Project Close Out phases for the site to achieve the end result desired by the Province. The work to be accomplished under this project includes: .1 Access road upgrades .2 Enhance staging area at the west PLUZ Boundary with vault toilet installation .3 Campground area and trail loop .4 Day use area .5 Lookout point .6 Campground Loop Trail .7 Spring Fling Loop .8 Wolf Ridge Trail .9 Upgrade signage using Alberta Forestry & Parks standard sign catalogue as needed.
