This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposal for Design-Build Services for Housing Development - Springhill. BNS is seeking a design-builder to advance the schematic designs to final detailed design and provide construction services (Design-Build) for 8 units of new public housing at Junction Road in Springhill, NS. The Successful Proponent will complete design development, construction documents, and construction services for the identified site.
