Ontario Health is issuing this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified proponents to provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Emergency Notification Solution capable of rapidly delivering urgent and time-sensitive notifications to large recipient populations across multiple communication channels (e.g., email, SMS/text, and voice). The Solution will support Ontario Health’s Major Incident Response and Business Continuity programs, and must also be scalable to support Public Health Unit (PHU) communications across Ontario, including separate, secure instances with independently managed templates and recipient lists.
