Douglas College invites Responses for the Request for Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ) for the Cooling Tower Upgrade at their New Westminster campus located at 700 Royal Ave, New Westminster, British Columbia V3M 5Z5. The cooling tower upgrade includes the removal and replacement of the cooling tower CT-1, as well as associated VFD. The upgrade also includes modification to the bird netting above the roof enclosure and re-piping of the cooling tower drain which will be piped to a sanitary drain on the level below.
