Selkirk College (the College) is requesting proposals from qualified Prime Consultants to provide professional consulting services for the design and construction implementation of an Outdoor Classroom and a Covered Walkway at the Selkirk College Castlegar Campus, 301 Frank Beinder Way, Castlegar, BC V1N 4L3. A mandatory site visit will be held at the Selkirk College Castlegar Campus and will cover both the Covered Walkway and Outdoor Classroom locations. Date: July 31, 2026 Time: 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time Attendance Requirement: All Proponents must attend the mandatory site visit and sign the Mandatory Meeting Attendance Sheet. Proponents that do not attend or that arrive after the published start time will be ineligible to submit a Proposal
