Project Description: Pleasant Valley Health Centre (PVC) / Pleasant Valley Manor (PVM) HVAC and Electrical System Upgrades located in Armstrong, BC, will include upgrades and retrofits to the existing mechanical, electrical, and control systems at Pleasant Valley Health Center based on identified energy conservation measures from the completed energy study. The work will focus on improving energy efficiency, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and supporting system electrification while enhancing overall building performance. The Services are expected to commence by August 2026 with construction estimated to complete by February 2028.
