The FNHA intends to enter into an agreement with one or multiple vendors to provide leadership development and coaching services. While these services are currently delivered by existing providers, this RFP seeks to identify the best overall solution through a competitive process. FNHA is prioritizing proponents who demonstrate strong capability in the following areas. A. Category 1: Coaching Services, particularly for leadership growth and capacity building B. Category 2: Program Design will be prioritized where it is clearly connected to and informed by delivery experience, ensuring practical, implementable solutions. C. Category 3: Leadership Development Program Delivery and Facilitation, including workshops and cohort-based learning grounded in trauma-informed and culturally safe approaches
