Tsawwassen First Nation (”TFN”) is requesting fee proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified and experienced contractors ) to provide construction services for the construction of the TFN Operations Yard located at 4535 Salish Sea Way. The Work includes, but is not limited to, supply, delivery, installation, and provision of all labour, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the scope of work, relating to the construction of an Operations Yard, including the construction of TFN’s Public Works Yard, establishment of a Temporary Archaeological Storage Area, and installation of a Water Filling Station. A non-mandatory site information meeting will be held on Thursday , July 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM PT. Proponents are to meet at 4535 Salish Sea Way.
