The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals for Snow & Ice Management Services. Through this Request for Proposals process, the Prince Rupert Port Authority (“PRPA”) is seeking to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified Contractor (the “Contractor”) to perform the work required for the Project.
