BCLC is seeking to engage a strategic Software Reseller partner to support and optimize enterprise software procurement and lifecycle management. The objective is to reduce costs through transparent and competitive pricing, licensing optimization, and proactive vendor engagement, while ensuring licensing and regulatory compliance. The selected Software Reseller will provide advisory, vendor management, and performance reporting services to enable data-driven decision-making and measurable cost optimization aligned to BCLC’s technology roadmap and business objectives.
