British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) invites Proponents to submit a proposal for Prime Consulting Services for roofing system upgrades (i.e. waterproofing and finishing) at the SW01 Building located at the BCIT Burnaby Campus, 3700 Willingdon Avenue, Burnaby, British Columbia. The successful Prime Consultant will be responsible for leading the project through assessment, design development, construction documentation, and coordination, in accordance with BCIT standards, policies, and applicable codes. They will lead, coordinate and supervise sub-consultants as required to provide complete professional consulting services for the project.
