The Okanagan-Columbia Business Area of BC Timber Sales is inviting tenders for the upgrading and construction of forest service roads within the Mount Seven Operating Area, approximately 16 km south of Golden, BC. The proposed contract includes upgrading approximately 2.4 km of Campbell Road Forest Service Road (FSR) (ZC 8275.01) and constructing approximately 1.0 km of new permanent Forest Service Road, designated C8275.02 (K919.01) (formerly referenced as K919 Spur 1/TA1821), to provide access to Timber Sale Licence (TSL) TA1821, including Blocks K913, K917, K919, and K9Y9. The work includes, but is not limited to, road upgrading, clearing and grubbing, excavation, road prism construction, embankment construction, culvert supply and installation, installation of a BCTS-supplied portable arch bridge culvert, drainage works, surfacing, grading, grass seeding, erosion and sediment control, and all associated works necessary to complete the project
