Ontario Shared Services (Ontario) is procuring 2,501 new original RSA hardware authentication tokens for delivery by 21-Aug-2026. Bidders must be authorized RSA token resellers in Ontario, submit proof of authorization, and meet specified eligibility (non-U.S. business) requirements.

To purchase 2,501 pcs of RSA Tokens to be delivered by 21-August-2026 Mandatory Requirements: M-1. Bidders must express their “INTENT TO BID” by the Deadline. M-2. Bidder must be able to provide all items and the corresponding bid price listed in the Pricing Table in Appendix B. M-3. Bidder must provide new, original and genuine RSA Token products and services. M-4. Bidder must be authorized resellers of RSA Token in Ontario. M-5. Bidder must submit proof of their authorized reseller status upon submission. M-6. The Bidder is not a U.S. Business, where ‘U.S. Business’ means a supplier, manufacturer, or distributor of any business structure (including a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or other business structure) that: 1. has its headquarters or main office located in the U.S., and 2. has fewer than 250 full-time employees in Canada at the time of the applicable procurement process. 3. If a Bidder is a subsidiary of another corporation, part 1 of the definition above is met if that Bidder is controlled by a corporation that has its headquarters or main office located in the U.S. If the Bidder has not demonstrated eligibility with a "Yes" response, Ontario Health reserves the right to disqualify the Bidder.
