Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) as an agent for, Northern Health Authority (“NHA”), intends to award a Contract directly to the following Vendor to supply a Cadwell EEG Machine, with Software and Accessories, for a one time purchase term of 1 year and an optional 1-year term, at an estimated value of $205,115 + taxes.
