This project looks to hire a contractor to reconfigure storage cages in the parking garage below building 9. It is currently larger fenced cages with doors and there is a lot of wasted space. The new design has made the cages smaller more consistent size to allow for more cages to be added. Working with the tenant and PM the contractor will be required to move contents from one cage to another during construction as well as end state ***Refer to drawings and Specs in the Merx Posting***
