OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Sealed bids will be received by Campbellton Regional Community until 2:00 p.m. local time, Monday, September 14, 2026, in the Bid Deposit Box located at the Municipal Building at 76 Water Street, Campbellton, NB, E3N 3G1 for Project No. 8485, Chemin Maltais Road, Milling and Paving, Campbellton Regional Community, NB. In general, the work consists of milling and paving approximately 2.4km of Maltais Road from Val D'Amour Road to Villeneuve Road along with associated shoulder repairs. Bid documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) HST included, per bid set in the form of an e-transfer to postmaster@bmnb.ca, certified cheque or cash payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, the City of Campbellton and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton, and Saint-John. Only Bidders who have obtained the Bid Documents directly from Boissonnault McGraw shall be eligible to submit a bid for this project. Bids must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) (H.S.T. included). Bid Bond shall be made payable to the City of Campbellton. This project is cost shared by the New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure under the Provincial - Municipal Highway Partnership (PMHP) Program and the City of Campbellton.
