Land Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Modernization (Land ISR Mod) Project The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to inform and obtain feedback from industry on possible upcoming procurement processes for the Department of National Defence’s (DND) requirement to procure, integrate and support the Land Intelligence Surveillance Target Acquisition & Reconnaissance (ISTAR) capability. Please see attached documents. 14 June 2022. Changement d’autorité contractante 10 December 2021. The purpose of this extension is to provide a continuous platform for Canada and Suppliers to communicate so that Canada, through PSPC, may ask Suppliers for further clarifications if required. 5 October 2021 Submission deadlines are extended. Respondents are asked to submit their technical response by 12th October 2021, 2:00 pm EDT and financial response by 12th November 2021, 2:00 pm EDT . Even though the deadline is being extended as mentioned above, Canada would appreciate if industry can submit their submission as soon as possible. The RFI will remain open after the submission deadlines to allow ongoing engagement opportunities with Industry. 31 August 2021 Updated Project requirements and additional questions documents are available (See Amendment 003 under attachment section). Respondents are asked to submit their technical response by 2:00 pm EDT on 28 September 2021 and financial response by 2:00 pm EDT on 29 October 2021 to the questions posed in this RFI. 21 July 2021 Updated project requirements and additional questions will be published shortly. 23 February 2021 Promulgation of " List of Interested Suppliers " (attached) 18 Dec 2020 Extension . Canada will be requesting permission (via email in January 2021) to share Suppliers points of contact among other Suppliers who have shown interest in this project’s requirement. This will facilitate the communications missing from our virtual Industry Day, and enable any potential partnering within industry. Communications between industry and Canada via PSPC remains open. 3 Sep 2020 Extension.
