Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) - Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Services NOTES: 1 - This qualification round of the RFSO will close on 2022-10-31 at 2PM (Eastern time zone prevailing); and 2 - pre-qualified Offerors need not submit an offer again, except for stream array enhancement. Canada has a requirement for RPAS services, in the performance of work including geological and wildlife surveys, firefighting, surveillance, security, land and infrastructure inspection and search and rescue operations. In this moment the provision of services is subject to Transport Canada regulations, and is intended for remotely piloted aircrafts with a maximum take-off weight of at least 250g, but not more than 25kg within Line of Sight (LoS). The RFSO intends to establish a National Master Standing Offer for RPAS services detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified Users across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). There is a security requirement associated with Streams 4 and 5 of the above mentioned requirement.
