EN578-211224/A Everest, Amy Telephone No. - (343) 551-1798 Email amy.everest@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Nature of Requirement: The purpose of the RFSA is to issue Supply Arrangements for specialized trailer services on behalf of Government Departments, Agencies and Crown Corporations, as listed in Schedules I, I.1, II and III of the Financial Administration Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. F-11, on an as and when requested basis. The requirement is to provide open-deck transportation services of freight from one city to another throughout Canada and the United States, including locations within Comprehensive Land Claim Settlement Areas. These services may include but are not limited to flatbed trailers, step deck trailers, and removable gooseneck trailers. The services will be provided in accordance to the Statement of Work (SOW). This RFSA excludes transportation brokers. On-going Opportunity for Qualification Suppliers have their arrangements evaluated within one hundred twenty (120) days from submission date. Period of Supply Arrangement: The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement is from the date of issuance of the supply arrangement until October 31, 2025. Security Requirements: If the offeror does not wish to offer services to transport classified material, there is no associated security requirement. If the offeror wishes to transport freight with a security requirement, an associated security requirement will accompany a subsequent Request for Proposal.
