Partnerships BC and/or Partnerships BC's Clients have a need to engage senior strategic advisors to assist Partnerships BC and its clients on complex infrastructure projects during the planning, procurement, design and construction and operational phases of projects. These infrastructure projects are expected to be in excess of $100 million of construction value. To facilitate efficient procurement of Senior Strategic Advisors, Partnerships BC is establishing a prequalification list (the List). The List will only be made up of individuals. This RFQ is separate and distinct from Partnerships BC's Business Advisor pre-qualification list. NOTE: RFQ 7148 HAS BEEN REPLACED IN ITS ENTIRETY WITH VERSION 7148-1 DATED OCTOBER 5, 2020.
