The Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the redesign and redevelopment of AIC’s: Public website (aicanada.ca) Private Resource Portal The solution must be delivered on a Content Management System (CMS), be fully bilingual (English & French), meet at minimum WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility requirements, ensure integration with AIC’s Cloud-based Membership Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / Member Management and Engagement (MME) including Single Sign-On (SSO), and deliver a modern, intuitive digital experience. This RFP is part of AIC’s broader digital modernization initiative. A separate RFQ and RFP is being issued for the Cloud-based Membership Customer Relationship Management / Member Management and Engagement (CRM / MME) solution; however, this RFP is solely for the web platform, with required coordination for integration elements. Vendors may submit responses to one or both procurements. Separate contracts may be awarded. This initiative represents a foundational component of AIC’s broader digital modernization strategy.
