From the notice
The City is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants to develop a comprehensive Technical Traffic Calming Policy (TTCP) aligned with the City's transportation, safety, and land use objectives. The Policy shall define when, where, and how traffic calming measures are evaluated, prioritized, selected, implemented, and monitored. The term of the one-time Agreement will be in effect until the completion of the Deliverables, which is expected to be between six (6) to nine (9) months from contract award.
