The Government of Manitoba, as represented by Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure (MTI) requests Proposals from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide Engineering Service Provider (ESP) services for twinning the 16km section of the Trans-Canada Highway, PTH 1E, from approximately five (5) kilometres west of PR 301 to the Ontario border, hereinafter called the “Project.”
