The OAFDC is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to serve as the Experience Planner, to explore the overall building design and outdoor landscape in relation to planned visitor and operational activities, daily operational attendance/occupancy projections based on the building design and outdoor spaces and activities planned for those areas, and the functionality of back-of-house areas for the activities planned.
